I am an experienced UKCP Registered Integrative Psychotherapist based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, with a particular specialism in working creatively with the Arts.  My preference is to work face to face, but I do also offer online therapy which is very effective too.   I work mainly 1-1, and also lead occasional creative retreats/workshops.  In addition I am an artist and photographer, and regularly exhibit my work in various places.

In terms of my therapeutic work, I have a private practice in Leamington Spa, and work with individuals and also couples.  I am currently only working on a short term basis - contact me to find out more.   I have worked in the field of Counselling and Psychotherapy since the mid 1990’s, and most of the website is devoted to this part of my work.  My professional Registration means that I meet the standards laid down by the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), and am committed to working within their Ethical Principles and Code of Conduct.  See the 'About me' page for more information.

Regarding my work as a Creative Group Facilitator, I lead Workshops and Retreats on various themes including Creativity & Imagination, Psychological awareness & Personal Growth, Spirituality and Playfulness. Go to the 'Groups' page for more information on any forthcoming events.

I am an enthusiastic Artist and Photographer. I love using paint to explore themes of sea, sky and land, and find the process exhilarating and frustrating in almost equal measure.  I also love photography and the immediacy of being 'out theere' in the landscape and weather.  I exhibit regularly in various places.  Go to my Artwork page listed above to see a few examples of my paintings.  And go to the Latest NEWS page which will tell you about forthcoming exhibitions.
